🏡 DFC is a small family childcare program (6:1 ratio) run by Ms. Lisa, offering a cozy, home-away-from-home environment where children feel safe, loved, and supported.
🥕 We provide nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day, following USDA-based guidelines for balanced, age-appropriate meals.
🌿 As a simple Christian home, our days are rooted in kindness, gentleness, and caring for one another. These values guide the way we play, learn, and grow - especially for our youngest friends who are just beginning to explore the world.
What Do We Do?

🧸 Play is at the heart of everything we do. It’s how children learn, grow, and experience the joy of discovery. We enjoy being silly, learning kindness and manners, being creative (and messy) with arts & crafts, daily sensory play, dancing, exploring nature, and discovering God’s creation - all while creating a space where each child feels seen, supported, and encouraged.
🎨 To support early learning, we use the Lillio Learning Curriculum to provide intentional, play-based learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
🔬 Monthly STEM: That Science Fairy will visit each month for fun, hands-on science & math experiences.
⚽ Weekly Soccer: Soccer Buddies will visit weekly for movement, soccer skills, coordination, and lots of active fun!
When Are We Open?
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Open year-round (excluding paid federal holidays and two weeks unpaid owner vacation - one week in summer, one during Christmas break)

About the Owner
As a mom of three, with my youngest on the spectrum, I understand how hard it can be to find someone you truly trust with your child. Parenting a child with special needs has taught me patience, attuned to each child’s unique needs.
Now that my own children are older (our oldest is a cadet at a military university, and our two sweet girls are in school full-time), I’m excited to offer the same care and support to families in our community. Thank you for considering Dandelion Fields for your child!
